Getting Help
Contact the developer through the store page or website where you received Crude Stakes. Include the game version, what you were doing, what happened, and whether the issue repeats. Do not post private join codes publicly.
Local Data on Windows
Press Windows+R and open %APPDATA%\Crude Stakes. This folder contains local settings, campaign progress, an offline-match checkpoint, multiplayer identity, and diagnostic files. The Windows EOS cache is stored separately at %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrudeStakes\EOSCache. Deleting the application-data folder resets all local progress and settings, so copy anything you want to keep first.
Diagnostic Files
Match journals are in match_logs, crash reports are in crash_reports, and multiplayer messages are in multiplayer_debug.log. If support asks for a log, reproduce the issue once, close the game, and attach only the relevant recent file. Review it first: logs may contain player display names, board or scenario identifiers, gameplay events, and lobby or connection details. Sending a log is optional; the game does not upload it automatically.
Online Multiplayer
The current online mode uses an EOS device guest identity. Check that every player is using the same game build and protocol. The host owns the match; if the host leaves, the session ends. Host migration and network-match saves are not currently supported.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for details about online data and local diagnostics.
